Log an observation

Open Safety Observations
From the Safety Portal, open Observations.

Classify it
Mark it safe or unsafe.

Assign corrective action
For an unsafe observation, assign the responsible party and a due date.

Close the loop
Once corrected, mark it resolved.
Troubleshooting
An unsafe observation needs escalation
If it reflects an actual event or injury, record it as an Incident as well.
