Manage lien waivers
01
Open Lien Waivers
Go to Financial Control → Lien Waivers to see the status of waivers across vendors and payments.
02
Request a waiver
Generate a waiver request tied to a specific payment or invoice, and send it to the responsible party.
03
Collect signatures
Waivers can be signed electronically. Once executed, the waiver is stored against the payment record.
04
Gate payment on waivers
Use the outstanding-waiver view to ensure you've collected the required waivers before releasing the next payment.
Troubleshooting
A waiver shows outstanding after signing
Confirm the signed waiver was linked to the correct payment period, not a prior one.
