Open Risk Signals
Go to Project Control → Risk Signals.

Review and annotate
Open a signal to see why it was raised.

Create action items
For signals that need follow-up, add action items.
Troubleshooting
A signal looks like a false alarm
Add a note explaining why and dismiss/close it — the rationale stays on the record.
