Enterprise Software.
Priced to the work.
Construction companies don't all operate the same way—and neither should their software subscriptions.
Syntecton starts at $499/month to run a single project, with unlimited users. The whole operation is priced once a year to your construction volume—so you always know what's included, what's optional, and why.

The number · How your price is set
What determines pricing?
A single project runs on the published $499 tier. The Platform tier — the whole operating system, unlimited projects and users — is priced once a year to your annual construction volume: one read on the scale of the business, never a percentage of the work you fought for. The core is all-in; a few specialized engines are optional.
Renewal posture · reviewed, not auto-escalated
A year that came in light? We adjust.
Construction is cyclical, so the band is reassessed only at renewal — never mid-term, with no volume audit. Any increase is capped at 5% or CPI, and where a year came in light, the band can move down rather than hold you to one that no longer describes your business.
Project from $499 a month
The $499 tier runs one active project of any size — the full operating system, not a trial or a cut-down tier. It is where a growing construction team begins, and it is published rather than quoted on request.

Pricing archive 2026
01 /How is Syntecton priced?
Syntecton starts at $499 a month to run a single project, with unlimited users. The full operating system for the whole operation — unlimited projects and users — is the Platform tier, priced once a year to your construction volume. Private Deployment runs it on your own infrastructure. The core operating system, including the Financial Hub, is all-in; a few specialized engines are optional.
02 /Do subcontractors, owners and architects need a licence?
No. Users are unlimited — staff, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects, engineers and inspectors all work inside the project with no per-seat charge. You are never pricing seats, so nobody gets left off the record to save a licence.
03 /What happens at renewal if we do less work than we forecast?
The band is reassessed only at renewal — never mid-term, with no volume audit and no overage charge. Any increase is capped at 5% or CPI, whichever is lower, and a year that came in light can move the band down. Growth inside your band is free.
04 /Do I have to buy every module?
No. The core operating system — including the Financial Hub — is all-in. The optional engines (Preconstruction & Bid, Signature, Review, and QuickBooks/Xero sync) turn on only when your operation needs them.
05 /What does implementation involve, and is it included?
Implementation and onboarding is scoped with the proposal itself. It covers standing up your company and project structure, your cost codes, roles, permission levels and approval chains, and bringing across the projects you are running now. A single-project start is straightforward. Migrating live projects off another platform is more work, and we scope that with you up front.
06 /Does connecting our accounting system cost extra?
Two-way accounting sync — QuickBooks Online or Xero — is an optional engine you turn on when you need it: invoices, pay applications and change orders go out to the ledger, and payments and direct costs come back into budget actuals, so nothing is entered twice. Your books stay where your accountant already works. The Financial Hub itself is part of the core.
07 /Can Syntecton match our cost codes and the way we run jobs?
Yes, and configuring it is part of the core rather than a paid upgrade. You set your own cost codes, roles, permission levels and approval chains, so the platform maps to how your company already works instead of the other way round. Where an operation needs something beyond configuration — custom development, a dedicated database, your own domain — that is Private Deployment, which is quoted whole.
08 /Who is Syntecton built for?
General contractors, subcontractors, owner/developers, and construction managers running commercial, residential, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, data center, education, and government projects.
09 /Does Syntecton support AI and risk detection?
Yes. Syntecton is built for AI from the ground up — a risk-aware operating system that surfaces cost, schedule, and compliance risk on the same live record your preconstruction, field, and finance teams share.
10 /How do I get a quote?
Book a demo at syntecton.com/demo. We scope the proposal against the scale of your operation — the Project tier is published at $499 a month, and the Platform tier is priced to your construction volume. You should always understand what is included, what is optional, and what to expect at renewal.
