Sign it,
and it's done.
Native e-signature that knows what it's signing. Route a change order, a contract or a pay application for sequential signature — and when it's executed, the record it belongs to is already updated. No third-party envelope, no re-keying.
CO-014 · Storefront Revision · Mock
Watch a signature become an update.
A standalone signing app returns a signed PDF. Here, one execution moves from envelope → sequence → signature → sealed — and the contract, the budget and the schedule already know.

The signer sees the change order in context — not a PDF mailed by a third party.
Sequential Routing
Routed PM → CM → Owner
Signatures follow the approval chain in order. Ball-in-court is always clear.
Templates
Contract template applied
Signer roles and fields preset, so an envelope goes out in seconds, correctly.
Audit Trail
Executed · written back to contract
The audit trail and the executed record are one and the same — on the platform.
The tools · Signature Engine
Four tools. One execution.
One thread runs down the page — an envelope opened in context, a chain routed in order, a template sent in seconds, an audit trail sealed and written back.

A signature that knows the document.
E-signature built into the platform, not bolted on — the signer sees the change order, the contract or the pay app in context, and the signed document is the record itself. Not a copy mailed back from a third-party service.

Routed by the approval chain.
Signatures follow the project's approval chain in order — each signer notified when it's their turn, ball-in-court always clear, nothing signed out of sequence.

Reusable, ready to send.
Signature templates for the documents you send again and again — contracts, change orders, pay applications — with signer roles and fields preset, so an envelope goes out in seconds, correctly, every time.
Audit Trail
- · Tamper-evident

Signed, sealed, written back.
A complete, tamper-evident record of who signed what and when — and because it's on the platform, execution writes back: the contract value updates, the budget absorbs the change, the schedule already moved. The audit trail and the executed record are one and the same.

Executed on the record — not a mailed-back PDF
Why it's not DocuSign
A standalone envelope signs a PDF. This signs a change order.
A third-party e-signature service sees a document — it doesn't know the number inside, and when it's signed, someone still has to re-key it into the budget. Signature Engine signs on the same record as the project, so the signature IS the update: the contract grows, the budget absorbs it, the schedule already knows. Integrated, not free — and a fraction of what a standalone signing contract costs, because it knows what it's signing.

Signed on the record — the budget already knows
See it on a real project · Signature Engine
One signature. One record.
Legacy tools route documents through a signing app that doesn't know the number on the page — someone re-keys it into the budget after the fact.
The Construction Operating System signs on the record — envelope in context, sequential chain, template preset, audit trail sealed and written back to the contract, the budget and the schedule.
Signature Engine is where a signature becomes an update — on the project it belongs to.
