- You give us: name, company, email, phone number, role, annual project volume, how many projects you run at once, current tools, and anything you enter in our forms or send us.

- Consent records: whether you opted in to marketing and/or non-marketing messages, with timestamp and the form used.
2. How we use it
To respond to demo requests and schedule meetings; to send you the communications you consented to; to provide support; to improve our site and product; to comply with law; and to protect our rights.
3. Marketing & non-marketing communications
We send marketing messages (product news, offers) and non-marketing/transactional messages (demo confirmations, reminders) only as you consented on our forms. You can opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails or by replying STOP to SMS. Non-marketing/transactional messages relate to interactions you initiated.
4. SMS/text messaging
By providing your number and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to receive the texts described next to that box from Syntecton. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing.
5. Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate (e.g., CRM, scheduling, email/SMS delivery, analytics) under confidentiality obligations; with authorities where required by law; and in a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Retention & security
We keep personal data as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards but no method is 100% secure.
7. Your choices & rights
