Open Resources
Go to Administration → Resources.

Add companies and contacts
Add the firms on the project and their key contacts.

Keep it current
Update contacts as people change.
Troubleshooting
A contact isn't selectable on an RFI
Confirm the contact (and their company) exists in project Resources and has a valid email.
