Tasks are lightweight action items for coordinating day-to-day work that doesn't belong in a formal tool like RFIs or submittals.

Create and track a task

Create a task

Go to Project Control → Tasks and click New Task.

Assign and add watchers

Set the assignee and a due date.

Track status

Move the task through its statuses as work progresses.

Troubleshooting

Someone didn't get notified

Confirm they're the assignee or a watcher, and check their notification preferences.
