Run a meeting
01
Create the meeting
Go to Field Execution → Meetings and click New Meeting.
02
Build the agenda
Add sections (e.g. Safety, Schedule, RFIs, Procurement) and items under each.
03
Invite attendees
Add attendees from the project directory.
04
Record minutes
During the meeting, capture decisions and discussion against each item. Mark items open or closed.
05
Carry forward and distribute
Closed items stay in the record; open items roll into the next meeting in the series.
Troubleshooting
Items don't carry forward
Carry-forward works within a meeting series. Create the next meeting from the existing series rather than as a standalone meeting.
