Invite users to your company directory
Add employees and external collaborators to your Syntecton company so they can be assigned to projects.

Company Admin
Users must exist in the Company Directory before they can be added to a project.
Steps

Open Company Admin → Directory
From the global nav, click your company name, then Directory.

Click Invite People
Choose Single invite or Bulk import.

Assign company role
- Company Admin — full tenant control.
- Standard — can be assigned to projects.
- Restricted — view-only across assigned projects.

Send invitations
Invitees receive an email with a magic link.

(Optional) Add to default project template
If new hires should automatically join every new project, add them to the template.
